A 4300 square foot penthouse with five bedrooms and five baths, one might wonder what one needs so much space for. Avi preferred it over others due to the modern style, skyline, and the pool. He does like to host events and enjoys having the space to do so. Two of the bedrooms are reserved for his brothers, Koda and Sunny, but he will accommodate others with a few well-intentioned charms.

Located just off of Brighton Beach in Brighton, UK rests a flat complex. On the top floor is a loft flat that houses Nathaniel James. Decorated with modern Muggle style, it was move-in ready the day he signed the lease. The loft gives him quick and easy access to the beach.

Blackthorn Manor sits in the countryside of Kent, England. The Blackthorn family has owned this manor for generations. A long and winding road leads to a dark, ivy covered manor that stretches over 50 acres. Large Victorian windows are seen from the outside, giving lots of natural light to this darkly decorated home. The backyard is more structured and not for play. Hedges create a low maze, with multiple entrances that lead to a small fountain in the center. The fountain does lower into the ground to be replaced by a stone circle with the family crest on it; this is where the children practice dueling.

Nestled in the hills of Brighton, next to a private beach, rests a comfortable three-bedroom cottage with a large yard. On the property there's a large greenhouse with various magical and non-magical plants and a pumpkin patch beside it. Dogs and other creatures may be seen roaming the property during the day. Outside of the protective enchantments is a sizable shed that houses an apothecary.

Castle Darling is not so much a castle as a large manor, settled in Yorkshire Dales, England. Its appearance is massive, and once you step inside you are greeted with a vast entryway, double staircases leading to the second story. Everything in the Darling home is massive and elaborate, the Darling’s not afraid to show off their money.

Occupants: Willie Vanderhyde, Erin, Hana, and Duri Park

In the woodlands just outside of the main streets of Dorset, Willie has had a home built just for her. The sturdy log cabin style blended with the luxury within is one hundred percent her style. Willie used money from the fund her parents had built her to design a place that would serve and protect her on her own. After driving down the long drive through the woods, one will be greeted by the tall pillars supporting the outdoor deck. The exterior is still heavily wooded, allowing Willie maximum privacy. Walking in the front door, a visitor will see the first unusual fixture. A large boulder with a firepit built into it. To the standard guest, it's an unusual sitting piece. But this is where Willie often curls up and spends the full moon. Deeper into the home, one will find a personal gym. Fitting. As Puddlemere's keeper and the competitor that Willie is, she prioritizes fitness. There is also an indoor pool area toward the back of the house. Swimming laps is a fantastic form of exercise and it also gives her a place to entertain guests. Of the side of the pool room, there is a small bar area where Willie is known to hang out with her quidditch friends. Upstairs, there's a variety of guest rooms. Willie would never turn away an inebriated house guest, so she has places for them to sleep. But her own bedroom is quaint. A small room with a modest bed set before a large picture window overlooking the backyard and into the mountainous wilderness.

A very modern flat; everything is either white, black, or gray. Charlie travels a lot, and isn't home very often, but she does like having her own, clean space to go home to. It isn't a very large place, but she's very minimalist and doesn't need the extra space. It's perfect for her and what she needs it for.

The Delano Estate is a large manor situated on spacious lands containing both a stone courtyard and a large garden. One step into the manor shows you the Delano family still remains loyal to Voldemort's memory. The home is clad in deep, dark greens and portraits of snakes and dark figures everywhere. It's bone chilling and a rather solemn experience to visit the home.

After graduating, Evie rented out a nice townhouse in London to be near St. Mungos. It is a two bedroom townhouse with a nice bit of wilderness out back. There's a nice little garden where she can plant all sorts of magical plants and a beautiful view out of each of the windows.

A luxury flat in London, David rented the two bedroom space and resides here while playing for the Puddlemere team. The master bedroom is his and overlooks the city. And the second bedroom is for his sister, should she ever choose to stay with him. The living room has a large comfy couch and a larger television so that David can indulge in his muggle shows. And the kitchen often smells like authentic foods he grew up cooking.

The front door leads into a colorful living room that turns one way into her bright bedroom, and the other way into her colorful kitchen. Two apartments connected via floo network for easy coming and going between the upscale minimalist studio flat in West London, owned by Annika, and the cozier two bedroom apartment of Connor Dresden in a suburb of Łódź, Poland. The spaces are radically different despite being occupied ultimately by the same two people, as the two's aesthetics and interior decorating skills equally differ. The Poland apartment is warm colors, much of the decor and furniture purchased at a local flea market, and is often a little messy in a comfortably lived-in sort of way. In England, the studio looks more like an IKEA setup in whites and greys, more for how rarely someone is really home than for any true tidiness.

A quaint yet spacious log cabin nestled in the woods outside of London. Toby lives here alone with his beloved cat Bernabe. He hosts regular Ministry meetings and functions in his home so he has a large upper loft area where he entertains guests. Other than that, he lives a quaint and quiet life.

The manor can only be described as influenced by gothic and Victorian design. It stands behind wrought iron fencing with spacious grounds and beautiful shrubbery. The manor is surrounded by dense trees as to aid in shielding the residents from the sun and protecting their sensitive skin. The walkways are all illuminated by iron street lamps and to the rear of the home, one can find a garden and a greenhouse. Charles prefers to allow his children the ability to still dabble in potion making, as it is one of the few skills one can use from their school days after having been bitten. The interior would, by modern standards, be mostly described along the "dark academia" aesthetic. Neutral colors and dark wooden furniture adorn most of the common areas. However, Charles allows each of his children to express their own creative nature within their designated quarters, so the bedrooms vary. Charles' bedroom however, is also fixed with a sitting area where he often counsels many of the vampires he lives with, hoping to help them find peace and live life the way Amanda Marrow, of whom the manor is named for, did.

A lavish gift from her boss, Mona lives in a stunning three bedroom penthouse. The third bedroom has been turned into a home office and keeps to the luxurious theme of the rest of her home.

The Moretti's live in a grand manor outside of London. They come from old money and have several house elves in their service. Olivia and Michael Moretti's bedrooms are in opposite wings of the mansion. The study and settee room are the most frequented rooms in the house.

Evan and Erin have helped all the boys charm their bedrooms to be a bit bigger and to be exactly what they wanted and needed. The house is always warm, vibrant, and welcoming.

Settled in Bourton-on-the-Water in England is a large ranch belonging to Rip Winstead. The grounds sit on a river bank with a beautiful garden and waterside sitting area. The ranch is extensive, but Rip only sticks to one side of the house.

Over her school years, her aunt has been having the home fixed up. As a graduation surprise, Lizzie's aunt deeded the house to her. The home itself is small and rather minimal...but to Lizzie, it's better than any mansion or manor.

Elaborate and Extra. Ricky's home is all that and much more. Opting for a spacious home in Enfield, Ricky loves to host parties and events. His home has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and indoor pool, a home gym, office space (which includes a portkey to his office in his store in Hogsmeade), and a state of the art kitchen. Ricky wants for nothing. If he wants it, he's got it.
